We have an opportunity to secure 26 acres of land within the M25 to build the Sri Venkateswara Balaji Temple, large enough to make it one of the largest Hindu temples in the United Kingdom. It's a moment we've prayed for.
Following the sacred Tirumala Tirupati Vaikhanasa Agama traditions, the temple will be more than a place of worship — it will be a spiritual and cultural home where our children and future generations can stay connected to Sanatana Dharma, our traditions and our roots.
We are not simply building a temple.
We are building a legacy for generations to come.

HMRC adds
The temple receives £6,250 in total — your gift plus the HMRC top-up.
Step 3
Your tax relief
Higher- and additional-rate taxpayers may claim extra relief on their Self Assessment.
Higher-rate example: £5,000 donation − £1,250 rebate = £3,750 net cost
Basic-rate taxpayers get no personal rebate.
You must pay sufficient UK tax and sign a Gift Aid declaration for your donation.
Basic-rate taxpayers: the charity still receives the HMRC 25% top-up. Higher/additional rates: confirm your situation with HMRC or your tax adviser. SVBT Gift Aid declarations are collected when you donate or in your member profile.
